Programme Overview

Day 1: Self-Discovery & Strengths

Complete a Lumina Spark profile to understand

  • how you operate underlying

  • how you operate day-to-day

  • how you operate overextended

Identify natural strengths and apply them directly to:

  • university

  • apprenticeships

  • careers decisions

So choices are based on fit, not guesswork.


Day 2: Presence & Impact

Develop the ability to hold space, communicate clearly, and present with confidence.

Working with a professional acting and speech coach, students build:

  • calm, credible presence

  • confident presentation skills

  • the ability to speak with clarity under pressure

This is not performative, it’s learning how to be fully yourself.

This programme is intentionally kept small. With only 12 places available, each participant receives individual attention from coaches who normally work exclusively with C-suite executives.
